Made utilizing meticulously farmed grapes from the estate vineyards on Red Mountain and in the Walla Walla Valley, these wines receive the same care and attention in both winemaking and viticulture as the upper-tier Force Majeure wines. Our goal with Parabellum is to produce two beautiful and approachable wines that are reflective of their varieties and terroir, without constraints on blending. 

These wines will age gracefully for years, yet are crafted with an eye toward more immediate consumption. Parabellum provides an opportunity to savor an authentic wine of distinction at a great value.

2022 PARABELLUM ALLUVIO

61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc
Blending a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon with a large percentage of Cabernet Franc and smaller amounts of Merlot and Petit Verdot, the 2022 Alluvio brings grapes from Red Mountain and Walla Walla Valley together into a cohesive whole. Approachable tannins coat a full-bodied palate of blue fruit and baking spice dusted in oak that is drinking deliciously right now and should continue to do so for 7-10 years.

2022 PARABELLUM COULÉE

97% Syrah, 2% Counoise, 1% Cinsault
The 2022 Coulee is a rare Rhône varietal blend from this producer, offered at an incredible price, sourced from two vineyards and made predominantly from Walla Walla Valley Syrah, with 3% Cinsault and Counoise from Red Mountain added for good measure. The blend changes every year. At a lower price point, it’s approachable and deliciously inviting in full-bodied, ripe black fruit and supple tannins, with subtle hints of gamey dried herb and smoked oak.
